Q. How much crit weighting do claidhmore's have?
A. The weighting most claidhmore's have is considered 'off the charts'. The claidhmore has more weighting than any other weapon in the game. Most claidhmore's have at least incredibly crit weighting. However, some older claidhmore's might not be as weighted.
Q. I'm train 27 and I still haven't gotten redux! What should I do?
A. A well trained warrior should train in a variety of things. Most warriors will have redux at around 21. Try training in phyiscal skills, You have primary phyiscal skills:(CM, shield use, physical training, armor use) along with other skills (Maybe scroll reading, MIU, or any other skill) and with secondary skills redux skills (swimming, climbing, weapon type). If you dont have redux at train 21, dont worry, we'll have the same amount in the end anyway.
Q. Why is my rt 8 with a claidhmore? I'm train 3, I have good reflexes and dexterity too.I'm a giantman. I've heard of some people who can swing claidhmore's at 5 seconds! Why is mine so much higher?
A. If your a giantman, (one of the slower professions) or anything faster, and have decent reflex and dexterity skills, you will eventually even out. I belive the cause for the higher RT would be either (A). Your undertrained for a armor. (B) Your encumbered. Or (C). You just dont have many ranks in your weapon skill so your rt is not as good as it would be if you had more ranks.
Q. What is a better weapon, a lance or a claidhmore?
A. This question has been a big argument for awhile .. some people think lances are (the majoriy it seems) others claidhmore's. But really, it all depends on what your dealing with. If you have a warrior wearing plate, the lance would be better. (Very high DF on lances vs plate) but claidhmore's do worse on plate than lances. If you were dealing with leathers, or chain, than the claidhmore would do the job good.
